My client a leading QLD employer is looking for a Salesforce CRM Adoption specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The purpose of the role is to adopt my client's pre existing sales force CRM Implantation across the company. To achieve this, the role will facilitate the change management, define and document new business processes and provide staff training in the forum of one-on-one and group based sessions.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work with my client's staff to obtain an understanding of the desired business outcomes for the CRM adoption project
  • Provide a change management framework to achieve the CRM outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document new business processes that align with the desired CRM outcomes
  • Prepare written documentation on how to use Salesforce CRM to achieve the related business outcomes
  • Capture technical requirements for Salesforce changes to facilitate CRM functionality; creation/modification of fields, page layouts, security, profiles, workflow rules.
  • Liaise with my client's IT department on technical change requests, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, best practices and tips on using Salesforce CRM, such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Dashboards, Reports, and data management.
  • Undertake usage analysis of CRM features and Chatter to determine candidates for targeted support and upskilling
  • Manage ongoing CRM support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Create reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Transform spreadsheets of scanned business card contact details into Salesforce
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and clean-up procedures
  • Drive and increase user adoption and ensure satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years Salesforce experience as minimum, Salesforce certification not essential
  • 1-2 years Change Management experience is preferred
  • Experience defining business processes and formally documenting them
  • Experience with the preparation of written training material
  • Experience with structuring and delivering training sessions to groups, or individuals, resulting in an enjoyable and enduring learning experience
  • Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication
  • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates
