We are seeking a Chargeback and Sales Rebate Analyst for a 6 months contract position in Alpharetta, GA. Individual will coordinate key functions related to Distributor end user information and/or rebate claims of the Health Care sector. Primary duties include analysis, investigation and reconciliation of rebate requests. Also to provide accurate rebate/deduction information, audits of Distributors and/or other Accounts Receivable analysis by Distributor to facilitate sound business decisions.

Skills:
College degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Proficient in SAP
Proficient in Excel
Strong organizational skills are required

Preferred Qualifications: Health Care experience in chargebacks, membership and/or pricing

Responsibilities:
Analyze, investigate and reconcile issues with Distributors relating to End-User Sales Information and rebate requests.
Recommend alternative courses of action and support each alternative with anticipated results.
Audit rebate claims.
Analyze problems associated with Accounts Receivable for Distributors within the position's area of responsibility.
Resolve problems where possible and recommend solutions when necessary.
Develop routine methods and processes to prevent rebate related deductions from aging in order to reduce sector financial exposure.
Maintain accurate End User Sales/Rebate Information in order to maintain an accurate database for Sales Information and Sales Incentive Payments.
Ensure application of Corporate Financial Policies and the establishment and maintenance of strong internal control procedures within the position's area of responsibility.
Contribute to an environment in which all Team Members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
Maintain a high level of customer service in all aspects of the job functions. Act as a liaison between Sales, Distribution and Business Analysis by developing strong and open relationships with all groups.
Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; and clear, yet responsive.
