Job Description:
The primary focus for this role is on creating and maintaining web pages for our HR department, but also carries additional communications responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
Coordinate the implementation of monthly content refreshes of our website.
o Works closely and coordinates needed information with external vendors, site administrators, and various internal teams
o Advises the team on impact of updates/changes to different audience views, data feeds, and links
o Identify resource requirements and obtain project scope from site administrator for change requests
o Works to identify areas of the site that can be updated to support team communications efforts and plans
o Obtains measures reports from site administrator, identifies areas where we can improve report delivery and works with that team to implement any needed changes

Maintain internal web pages and sites for Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.
o Includes content changes, link updates, and graphic changes
o Includes active involvement with annual compensation processes
o Obtain WebTrends measures reports for all internal pages

Create new web pages for our internal audiences as needed
o Includes content and graphics placement
o Advises team on alternative options for page layout and/or design
Update content owned by our main client groups on the external site as needed.

Become subject matter expert on the different areas our online content is hosted and how different content/pages/links are intertwined.
Compile/combine measures from our various online sources for a holistic picture of our online content.
Direct user inquiries and feedback to appropriate subject matter experts.
Assist the Compensation team with various communications projects and tasks (eg, events, presentations, graphics support, print materials, etc.)

SKILLS:

Skills/Requirements:
2+ years of experience creating web pages and online content in a business environment.
Communications, Journalism, or Marketing degree is preferred.
Experience with measures reporting for online content.
Experience promoting programs or services through online channels and email campaigns.
Experience with Adobe design programs, ability to make adjustments to graphics and content within graphics (programs used include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic understanding of HTML coding is a plus.
Basic understanding of CQ5 is a plus.
WordPress experience a plus.
Marketing Communications background
