Description
Will be helping with the HR data analysis, mass loads and enterprise data structure setup needed for the implementation of SAP cost centers in Workday. Will also be helping us implement a HR data governance program that we can use to audit/control the quality of our employee data and build a dashboard that we can use internally to monitor/audit the data on an ongoing basis. Will be responsible for setting up some data in Workday and also helping out with the testing
SKILLS:
- Looking for candidate with HR data governance or HR data analyst experience.
- Looking for candidate with good technical background (but not too advanced).
- Should have an understanding of HRIS system and HR data structures.
- Must have Workday experience.
- Looking for somebody with technical knowledge.
- Techno-functional person who has previously worked on Workday core HR module and has a good understanding of Workday configuration and basic setup.
