Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Risk Manager to join an exciting start up within the unsecured loans space. You will lead and be responsible for all aspects of risks for the client and develop risk approach and mitigation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop approach by writing a framework Risk operations manual for identifying, monitoring, reporting, mitigating and prevention of risks of retail banking products
- Responsibilities encompass
- For retail banking products such as loans, payments and savings, responsible for
- Products risks
- Credit risks
- Compliance/legal risks
- Operational risks
- For retail banking products such as loans, payments and savings, responsible for
- Support in developing the banking products, operational processes and business plan
- Interpreting customer needs and business objectives to produce detailed specifications that can be used to drive product development
Experience:
- Have deep experience in retail banking (especially consumer loans, overdrafts, current and saving accounts)
- Track record in risks: product and credit risks
- Strong analytical skills and problem solver
