About the Role
This role is fully Embedded in YouTube Marketing team. As a marketing programs coordinator, the role will be to do two things, a) coordinate with cross functional teams on building an execution roadmap for Work as a project manager across different teams and external partners to land YouTube narrative at Events b) Identifying top influencers within key vertical communities, engage with them, develop partnerships, programs & outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
MA/BA or equivalent
Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
Fluency in English. Strong preference to knowing German
Experience in Marketing, Project management & Events Management
Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
Strong Spreadsheet skills and advanced level of proficiency in Google Docs
Deep experience & fluency with social media tools

Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles.
Experience of working in the community or managing a community; must have a clear sense of who's who,and have strong, existing relationships.
