Are you looking for a challenging customer support role within a company that invest in their staff from within?

Do you enjoy working within a fast paced customer service or administration role that involves lots of multi tasking?

We are looking for bright, driven, customer service oriented individuals to join our expanding team. You will primarily be responsible for processing product orders and customers queries.

Main responsibilities:
First line of response for all customer service enquiries
Processing customer orders on SAP (training provided)
Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Take responsibility for the customer, demonstrate that the customer is at the heart of everything
Ensure your personal level of knowledge and training is up to date
Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
