Blueskies have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for a Direct Marketing Manager to join a great Charity on a 12 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns.
The key responsibilities of the Direct Marketing Manager will be:
The development of retention campaigns in order to maximise income and build long term relationships
The implementation of acquisition campaigns to create sustainability for the charity as well as commitment
The monitoring and evaluation of all campaigns, reporting back using analysis of KPIs
Database management and analysis
Working with the fundraising team to provide effective marketing and data analysis
Brand development
The monitoring of potential opportunities and threats
The key attributes of the Direct Marketing Manager will include
Experience of creating multi media campaigns
Experience in a similar role in a charity
Budget management
Agency management
Proven relationship builder
Evidence of reporting and analysing on campaigns
