Description

You will be reinforcing the ICT Business team based in Brussels with SAP FICO and FICA business analysis capacities in the context of day to day operations and upcoming projects. A strong level of business experience with CODA and bank accounting is required as you will replace an internal SAP FICO Business Analyst who works on a close operational level with the business users.

Responsibilities

Documenting, analysing and supporting SAP FICO business processes including:
CODA, Electronic Bank Statements & SEPA Direct Debit master data and processes as they pass through FICO and FICA.
Classic General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Controlling, Controlling skills including Profit Centers, Cost Centers and reports (Report Painter)
Smartforms and applications forms.
Connections between FICA and FICO at classic GL, CO and PC levels.

Skills & knowledge

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in SAP FICO/FICA on SAP ECC 6.0. More specifically also show relevant experience in FICA on a SAP IS-U environment.
Strong level of experience with SAP Belgian FICO & FICA: Hands-on configuration experience with SAP classic FI-GL and CO specializing in FICA processes and SEPA impacts.
Ability to support new and ongoing issues/changes both for Configuration errors as for Business process errors
Defining test scripts, performing testing activities and guiding UAT testing.
Document issue resolution, configuration changes, and design enhancements.
Providing timely status updates to project team members and the SAP Application Manager on all activities and issues and concerns.

Linguistic skills

Dutch and French: at least one writing and speaking, the other speaking.
English: writing and speaking.
