Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Attend phone and email end user requests

  • Provide intensive remote support whenever possible so as to increase first call resolution rate

  • Take care and follow of rules and policies on a daily basis

  • Provide first level support on incidents and requests: install and remove of material and software, conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems, provide technical assistance and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

  • Provide second level support: problem analysis activities on demand, investigation, reporting, deployment of software packages, test of new tools and reporting of security risks.

  • Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

  • Inventory activities support: scanning, rescanning, reception and storage of new material.

  • Tonner replacement

  • Propose of new articles for the Knowledge base system and update of existing articles.

  • Proactive reaction to solve issues and propose of new actions to be taken.

  • Usage of corporate IT tools, learning and proposal of new ones.
