At Hays, we are always looking for great people on behalf of our clients. We are currently seeking a UX Designer on a contract basis for one of the world's leading financial services firm.
As the UX Designer you will be a specialist who can lead and conduct client & user research in enterprise (B2B) environment, focus groups, design thinking workshops and ideation service design.
You will be coming from a similar role with a strength in research methods and techniques as well as a strong proficiency in desk, qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience required:
* Ideally 7+ years' experience in a UX or Service Design role
* Be Degree qualified in user experience, service design or a related discipline
* Have strong people and project management skills
* Use data and design to make the complex ideas and situations clear and understandable.
* Ability to plan and conduct meetings and workshops
* Comfortable organizing your time among multiple projects
