Experience in designing solutions as a delivery architect for managed services and outsourcing projects is a must. This can vary from complete solutions to additional demands/change requests going from 10K to over 1 million EUR
4 to 7 years professional experience in the IT industry designing high value, complex solutions in a service context
Solid knowledge of Data Center and/or End User Services and Service Management solutions including.

Designs, meet customer expectation and require minimal rework, following review
Works within the contractual context of an outsourcing contract and initialises as such also contractual changes.
Solution meets the appropriate optimized cost point within contractual context
Conformity with prescribed processes and methodologies for development of solutions and their approvals
