Niche Business Analyst - Leading UK Bank
Our client, a leading UK bank, is seeking a niche BA to work within an Insurance Change division on a Solvency Programme.
Essential Skills/Experiences:
- A highly experienced Business Analyst with a background working with Solvency II
- Experience working within diverse change programmes with an analytical approach
- Accounting and finance background required
- Process mapping experience (ideally BPMN) and process analysis
- A knowledge of certain aspects crucial to Solvency II balance sheet is ESSENTIAL
- Able to facilitate workshops with excellent stakeholder management skills
