SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager in Singapore
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Singapore for a 18 Month contract with the following skills:
Please Note! Must have experience in SuccessFactors implementation.
Capabilities
Extensive knowledge of project management processes, such as Change Control, Resource Management, Deliverables
Management, Scheduling, etc.
Excellent understanding of project issues and risk management
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment
Good strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, including managing third parties
Good collaboration skills and ability to effective work in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment
Team leadership skills
Accountabilities
Work with the respective stakeholders to plan out the different releases for People System
Ensure that project adhere to GBIS Project Controls by determining the deliverables to be delivered for each release
Communicate with the different stakeholders on the progress of the project
Identify and collate risks and issues
Responsible for Design, Build, and deploy of all People System releases within agreed quality standards/parameters
Coordinate with various teams within GBIS and Business Readiness Teams eg Infrastructure, Operations for any project activities.
Manage the day-to-day functioning of the People System team, including tracking in-&-out movement of resources & replacement.
Co-ordinate with Resource Management Analyst and PMO Lead for resource availability/on boarding of new team members.
