SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect in Singapore

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect in Singapore for a 4-week contract with the following skills:

Capabilities

-Comprehensive SuccessFactors product knowledge in areas including Talent, Performance and Goals, Reward, Resourcing and Learning

-Strong expertise in integrating SuccessFactors solutions with on premise SAP HR implementations

-Deep expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules allowing for independent design and implementation of those modules

-Experience working in large SuccessFactors implementations with a global footprint

-Strong facilitation skills to support requirements and solution design workshops

-Good experience in working with large distributed teams

-Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner

-Experience in working in a multi-national organization with global complexity and a federated nature

-Strong communication and teaming skills

-Strong organizational skills.

Accountabilities

-Responsible for the development of a complete solution architecture integrating SuccessFactors, SAP HR and other systems

-Provides subject matter expertise and advise on the functionality, usage and best practices for SuccessFactors implementations

-Provide deep SuccessFactors functional guidance to project teams in support of complex business requirements

-Actively design and implement SuccessFactors solutions in modules for which they are certified

-Responsible for the ensuring quality outcomes are delivered by the project team in regards to performance, maintainability and adherence to established architectural principles and standards

-Works collaboratively with other interacting teams and shares knowledge in the functional and technical areas

-Undertakes to learn and apply the tools and methodologies within GBIS such as ARIS, LITE etc.

-Research and lead development of prototypes to assess complex change

-Commits to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development, as well as the client's Chart of Value and Code of Conduct
