WORKFORCE PLANNING ANALYST - REGULATORY BODY
My client, a Regulatory body based in Birmingham, is urgently seeking a Resource Planner to support their central PMO function.
Accountabilities
- Development of resource and workforce management tool;
- Development of a process for consistent workforce and capacity management across centralised IT department;
- Production of MI reports for leadership team to enable decisions around business prioritisation and demand;
- Develop and maintain relationships across senior levels of the business.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience creating and managing capacity management tools;
- Proven experience of capacity/workforce reporting design and delivery;
- High level understanding of workforce planning systems and processes;
- Statistical, investigative, creative problem solving, analysis and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel
