Job description:
This request covers a PfPS within the CM area which is the first step in an introduction of SAP CRM platform for the CM Packaging business process.
The project will include set up and change of master data which may be located in other platform such as Customer Grouping in MDME
This phase aims to consolidate existing key figures into dashboards to be showed in a KAM view in CRM

Main task is to close the competence gap for the designers so they will be able to set up CRM without support from shadow
