My client are currently seeking a senior Java developer for a client-site based role. This opportunity is a full time, hands on coding role.
Essential Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Extensive OO development skills and enterprise-level commercial experience in Java/J2EE
- Commercial experience of SOLID design principals
- Commercial experience of Web services and/or Restful APIs
- Strong database design and SQL development experience
- Extensive experience of agile development principals
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and acquire new business domain knowledge
- Rigorous attention to detail and desire to add value to clients business with IT
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
