Customer insight Manager | London | 12 month Contract
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced CRM & Insights Manager to join the CRM team working on a fantastic project providing insight into customer behaviour and data-driven marketing. You will implementing and managing a research roadmap and presenting this to key business stakeholders ensuring the customer is at the heart of marketing decision making. This is a critical role in understanding the behaviours, experiences and needs of my client's customers.
About the role
- To be the go-to-person and credible source of consumers, competitors and market to ensure top-class insight.
- Work closely with external agencies and internal staff to build relationships.
- Ability to analyse and interpret research data into actionable and digestible insight to wider teams
- Management of customer insight budget and planning.
- Highly numerate and analytical approach experience in qualitative research moderation
- People management experience
- High commercial awareness
- Fantastic time management, having the ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
