Your tasks:
- Assess all articles in the Daily News Service Tool
- Manage translations of non-English language content and include these translations in the next available bulletin
- Flag any urgent/critical news about the company or key individuals immediately to Media Relations and Issues & Risk
- Manage and monitor paper and outline subscriptions, oversee all subscription issues, i.e. continuations, cancellations, lapses in delivery, etc.
- Manage digital and social media monitoring and analytical tools
Your qualifications
- University degree in Communications or in a related field and experience in monitoring, communications and/or project management
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills in English and German
- Ability to work independently or as part of a multi-skilled team
- Knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Proficient user of MS Office applications and databases, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
