*Strong stakeholder's management at different levels *Strong coaching skills *Strong presentation skills *Attention to details *Working independently and under minimal supervision (however, uses a fair business judgment when needs to escalate) *Experience to work in truly global environment *Experience in contracting (SLA), KPIs creation *Excellent English (written / spoken )
