Our client, a major telecommunication company are looking to recruit a Site Design Manager based in Dublin.
The Site Design Manager will manage 2 streams (RF Design and Site solution).
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of engineers, across site and design discipline (team will have technical leads in place to support)
- Ability to understand deliverables and manage and track accordingly
- Ability to manage CR's
- Act as the point of escalation within the team on any technical queries or problems.
- Customer facing experience to participate to Technical Review Meetings (supported by tech lead)
- Resource manage the function
- Manage the financial part (CNS41, PO)
- Complete MORE requests, ICRRBs, Populate PO request forms, Use CNS41 to track volumes against planned hours (weekly)
- Drive improvements within the operations of the Site Design and RF teams,
- work to implement processes and methods that may have effect on the service supply quality vs. contracted scope of work for the service supply.
- Adapt and evolve the processes, standards, methods and tools within the service family Site Design and RF.
You must have experience in Network rollout and a technical background in working on site design or RF planning would be a strong benefit.
