Our client, one of the largest telecommunication companies is looking for a Site Acquisition & Design Implementation Manager. Is this the role for you?

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Site Acquisition activities meet customer and client requirements
  • Lead permitting Processes with local authorities
  • Participate in meetings with local authorities as required
  • prepare roll-out schedules with the PM and based on realistic lead times
  • Ensure SA and Permitting resources are properly considered and demand plan is prepared
  • Interface for SA and Permitting service suppliers
  • Organise training and provide support to the SA service suppliers as required
  • Agree Model Site Drawings with the project team and lease fee frames with the customer
  • Review and discuss the progress of lease approvals and resolve open issues
  • Cooperate with the network planning/construction Works/Implementation & Design manager to secure a smooth SA and permitting progress
  • Ensure all local issues are considered and the Client & Customer SA and permitting standards and guidelines are followed
  • Support the PM in preparation/updating roll-out schedules during the daily progress meetings with the project team
  • Report all SA and Permitting deviations from the original plan ie Extra days/Delays/Cancellations etc.. to the PM
  • Manage the SA and permitting process according to the agreed time schedules with the customer
  • Make sure all tools are used correctly and all data related to the SA/Permitting is up to date
