Scope:
Since 2010, the client has been developing and implementing a Drug Development Information Governance (DDIGj) strategy in order to improve and strengthen data management and quality across R&D.
Today, the overall Master Data Governance has been defined and several data domains including Product & Substance, Clinical Research Sites and Clinical Studies have been developed. The Terms and Definitions of these domains are maintained in Collibra Data Governance Center.
The goal of this service delivery is to assist the Data Stewards, Subject Matters Experts and Stakeholders in developing a consistent and standardized governance process and adjust or create Collibra workflows that support this process. A second goal will be providing advice on and implement Collibra integrations with the different Information Governance Tools like, but not limited to IDQ/IDA, Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Meta Data Manager. These integrations can be inbound as well as outbound and consist of Data Quality Metrics, Reference Data, Technology Assets or Data Assets. A third goal is to maintain and regularly upgrade the Collibra Data Governance Center Software to the latest vendor releases and this in compliance with client change management processes.
Responsibilities:
•Collibra DGC application support.
•Provide Application training in support of onboarding new user groups
•Collibra DGC technical support & issue resolution.
•Communicate and if necessary escalate Collibra DGC issue's to Collibra
•Collibra DGC Account Management and Role Assignment
•Collibra DGC vendor updates and Emergency Bug Fixing.
•Implement Collibra DGC Change Requests according client Change Management process
•Implement Collibra DGC Workflows as defined in the User Requirements.
•Setup and operationalize the service delivery in a way that resource transitions are as transparent as possible to the client
•Automate and maintain Reference Data Integrations with the MDM Hub or other systems.
•Automate and maintain Data Quality Metrics integrations with Collibra DGC & Informatica Data Quality
•Automate and maintain Data Asset integrations with Informatica Meta Data Manager.
Technical skills:
1.Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS concepts and Microsoft Excel.
2.Excellent knowledge of Collibra Data Governance Center
3.Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and Activiti workbench in Eclipse
4.Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter
5.Preferably knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Personal skills:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
Language proficiencies: -English and Dutch spoken and written;
