Description
SAP Integration Manager uurgently required for a new project in South Africa.
The SAP Integration Manager is directly responsible for successful delivery of this roll out program working with multiple suppliers and the team working from different geographies across different time zones. The Integration Manager will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. He/She should effectively get into business process mapping and should be able to resolve the conflicts arises from the different teams. A deep understanding of operations/business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical. This role uses consulting and application skills, business knowledge, and SAP expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business.
An individual being considered for this role should have deep process, industry, and configuration experience.
The individual will possess expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility. The individual will have a strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 year's experience in 3 full project life cycle implementations in SAP
At least 2 years experience in 2 full project life cycle implementations as a Integration Manager out of that atleast implementation in South Africa
At least 6 months experience in Managing a team of 10+ Full time employees (FTEs)
At least 6 months experience in Managing externally contracted team resources.
