We are currently looking for an interim Social Care Procurement Manager to work with a local authority based in London. This position will be suitable for someone with senior level procurement experience, having worked at a procurement manager or category manager level.

Working within the Adult Social Care procurement team, you may also be responsible for managing some aspects of Childrens Social Care and Public Health. We are looking for someone with experience of leading procurement teams through transformation, and someone that understands the complexity and sensitivity involved with local government transformation. You will have broad experience of Social Care procurement, and be able to lend your hand to a number of different Social Care based projects and tenders.

The successful candidates will be confident engaging at a senior level, and able to gain credibility with senior social care stakeholders. If you have a background in Social Work that would be very beneficial, however it isn't essential.

The key criteria is to be an experienced Procurement professional with experience of Social Care procurement.
