The Client
Our client a leading not for profit volunteer led organisation are looking to appoint an interim Head of marketing for a 6 month contract.

The Interim Assignment
The role will be to manage the organisation's marketing team and deliver a marketing strategy to maintain and enhance the organisation profile, support campaigning activity and drive recruitment and retention of members. They will also be expected to manage a team of 4 marketing professionals, sit on the senior management team, manage relationships with their volunteer- led committee, manage the marketing budgets and deliver an events strategy including development of partnerships. The marketing portfolio will include the development and management of the website, the social media output, sponsorship, merchandise and the running of a national campaign.

The Interim Manager
Applicants must have demonstrable experience of designing and delivering strategic marketing plans in a volunteer led organisation, previous experience of leading a high performing marketing team in a growth environment, as well as business planning and budgetary experience. It is worth noting that the role will require some attendance at evening out of hours events.
