We are looking for an experienced service manager to manage the providers contractually, operationally and financially.
The candidate will be working in the Service Management team and reports to the run manager it-Infrastructure.

•Very customer centric, positive, solution oriented
•Flexible, enthusiastic and strong persuasive skills
•Strong communicator
•Good knowledge of ITIL (minimum ITIL Foundation certificate)
•Strong analytical and financial skills
•Good reporting and presentation skills
•Experience as Service manager in similar environments
•Experience with financial sector is a pro
