Your Skills
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Information Technology sciences, or any other discipline of technical orientation
- Excellent working knowledge of Master Data/data migration business processes
- Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to deliver high quality results, meeting established standards and expectations for the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be results oriented; demonstrates a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and fluent English is a must
Your Tasks
- identify, analyse, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives
- allow for localization and enhancements of the package justified by a business case enabling better business capabilities
- Deliver best in class, operable and sustainable Business Solutions with an optimal balance and integration between the different elements : Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Business Processes, Business Organization, IT Organization, locally and internationally
- Manage a team of 10 members
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements to provide additional Business capabilities with a clear Business Case
- Follows applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation the master data platform focussing across SAP
