SAP Master Data Specialist with languages
Dublin North city €28,000 to €32,000
A leading multinational company based in Dublin is currently seeking SAP Master Data Specialist to join their Dublin team. This is a long term contract role with a possibility of being permanent.
The role: To ensure the Customer Master Data function is effectively managed to meet the service and performance levels agreed. Coordinating customer master creation & amendments across a number of markets & customer groups while monitoring compliance to policies and procedures
Principle Accountabilities/Responsibilities
* Act as Key contact for multiple markets & customer groups
* Responsibility for Master Data Input in relation to New Customer Creation & Amendments
* Take full responsibility for the Customer Master Process reviewing metrics and reports in order to drive day to day work with particular emphasis on SLA's
* Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service/deliverables to the client
* Partnering with key stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Olympus Project) to ensure that all activity is properly recorded and compliant with country statutory and tax requirements.
* Seek out opportunities for streamlining and rendering service delivery more efficiently, and participates in special projects to support Shared Business Services objectives.
* Responsible for the preparation of managements reports in line with EFC requirements
* Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service/deliverables to the market
* Engage with Project management on initiatives that involve process reengineering, transitions of work etc
* Required to be flexible to respond to a dynamic, challenging and changing environment
* Flexibility around working hours required during market specified key periods (month/quarter/year end)
Education and Experience
* 1-2 years of Customer Master Data experience with strong SAP experience.
* Multilingual: Preferably with English, German, French, Spanish, Polish & Italian
* A degree in business/finance/project management is desirable
* Experience of a high volume multinational environment
* Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive with good organisational & time management skills.
* Self starter with the ability and confidence to work on own initiative to strict deadlines
* Analytical approach/good problem solving skills
