Nexus Expert (7K, 5K, 3K, 2K)

Expert Nexus (7K, 5K, 3K, 2K) having at least 3 years of experience in his/her last mission

Background/Mission/Activities/tasks:

Expertise Network and security within a computer production department, incident handling, change and MCO requests are insured by the production team Networks Division.
As part of the relocation of a Datacenter Networks Division is seeking recourse to a benefit for its expertise and support on an area of infrastructure relocation activities and applications.

The activities are:

- Contribute to the study and review the various stages of relocation,
- Participate in validations and implemented related to the perimeter network,
- Write technical documentation and operating procedures,
- Providing support Level 2 and 3,
- Contribute to optimization projects and reliability of infrastructure and configurations,
- Contribute to the different projects (study/design, layout, put into production, operation)
- Participate in the transfer of knowledge/skills between team members.
The scope of intervention consists of the Datacenter party sites and user agencies/Point of Sale.

Periodic penalty payments and work "HNO" are expected.
The mission is carried out in consultation with the Head of Networks Division.

Skills required:

The mission is under the jurisdiction of a network security and Production Engineer who already have strong experience in infrastructure networks and data centers "critical" and therefore with high operating constraints related to business context.
A production expertise in infrastructure and design Datacenter based Nexus (7K, 5K, 3K, 2K) is a prerequisite (minimum 3/4 years in the last 2 missions).
Practical experience in network infrastructure and data center relocation will be appreciated.

Expert Level: Spanning-tree, Ethernet, VPC, Fabric Path, LACP/PAGP, 802.1q, FEX: Expert Level
Advanced Level: NAT, IPSec, SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, Scripting, QoS level confirmed
Knowledge: Multicast (PIM, IGMP)
