We are currently recruiting for a Global Process Owner who can drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC processes within the Finance Shared Service teams in Cambridge and Mumbai.

You will be required to:

  • Manage the activities of OTC Process Analysts to ensure standard OTC process design and deployment, monitor process compliance and measure performance against agreed targets.
  • Maintain a roadmap of OTC improvement initiative, targeting both quick wins and medium/longer term opportunities that improve the control environment and provide cost savings.
  • Provide OTC subject matter expertise input to projects and initiatives.
  • Ensuring that OTC process designs achieves levels of control and compliance in accordance with Travelex standards as agreed with Internal Audit.

Essential

  • 5+ years of direct experience of managing and improving OTC processes, systems and underlying data architecture.
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement and transition management initiatives in a shared service environment.
  • Management of OTC service delivery performance and compliance through SLAs.
  • Ability to conduct detailed process analysis and produce business requirement and other related documents.
  • Prior experience managing processes in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Experience managing reconciliation softwares such as Corona and TLM.
  • Working understanding of financial ERP systems such as Coda (preferred), Lawson, Agresso, Sun, Oracle, SAP, etc
  • Understands the unique issues and the impact an offshore AP team adds to the process design.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body.

Desirable

  • Project management skills.
  • Experience of working in Global business environment.

Travel

Job responsibilities require 25% travel, must of which will be international and to Mumbai, India
