CRM Analyst - London - £250-£300 per day 3-6 month contract
Leading travel client require an established CRM/Campaigns professional to work with the internal team and external agencies
Core responsibilities include:
- Work with the eCRM team to increase customer data visibility
- Focus on recency, frequency and value, including Winback/promotional campaigns and ad-hoc targeted campaigns
- Identify opportunities to profile and segment the database to improve conversion and decrease customer churn
- Produce an ongoing roadmap and milestones for delivery of activity, and manage updates to key internal stakeholders;
- Conduct regular testing to measure performance, including content, layout, segmentation approaches etc. and incorporate learnings into future activity;
