CSS/HTML/JavaScript Specialist - 3 Years - Brussels, Belgium
CSS/HTML/JavaScript Specialist urgently required for one of my clients for a period of 3 years to be based in Brussels, Belgium.
In this role as a CSS/HTML/JavaScript Specialist you will be responsible in assisting:
- The project teams with upgrading their old web frontends as such that they are functional in all modern browsers (including Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome) and can be kept running for 5 to 10 more years.
- Implementation of a next generation HTML4/CSS3 and + design for the client's web applications that will have a Front End with the focus on mobile first.
Required skills
- At least 3 years of experience in creating web frontends in HTML4/CSS3
- Experience with creating web-frontends in HTML4/CSS3 and plus for mobile devices (tablets and smartphones).
- At least 3 years of knowledge of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of JQuery is a big surplus.
- Knowledge of webservices, and RESTful webservices in particular is a surplus.
- Capability of writing documentation in English
- Good communication skills (as you will act as a coach towards the client's project teams)
- Language: Dutch or French
