Senior HR Business Partner - Contract - 6 months - start-up

The Senior HR Business Partner will work in partnership with the leadership team to identify, recommend and implement all aspects of HR, to enable the business to successfully meet its objectives and further increase high levels of performance.

Role description
Generalist HR responsibilities including the ability to lead conversations around organisation design, ability to implement and embed behaviours, values and L&D experience with ability to deliver an appropriate resource plan mix with contractors and permanent staff. Individual who is capable but also happy to roll their sleeves up and support day to day BAU.

Support will be provided to the Senior HR Business Partner by the HR Executive and also by the group HR Director. It is key that the individual develops and maintains a strong working relationship with the group HR team. High compliance and working to regulation is a must.

Skills and experience
Strong credibility and be able to establish relationships across all the business at all levels
Strong and compelling HR knowledge, covering the full range of HR competence
Experience of working within a start-up company which is supported and evidenced by sound HR principle.
Have strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate HR activity into bottom line results
Excellent organisational skills
Effective reasoning under uncertain and ambiguous conditions.
Strong diagnostic experience - well versed in data analysis.
Pragmatic and fit for purpose approach to HR agenda.
A direct and open communication style and with that excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The ability to put the business first and at critical times and make the personal accommodations necessary to support the business.
Degree qualified and CIPD certified; or equivalent
