IT Change Management Project Coordinator
My international client is looking for an experienced IT Change Management Project Coordinator to join a project based in Luxembourg
Key skills:
- Strong knowledge of change management process and procedure.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and ITIL foundations and best practices
- English is mandatory. Any other language such as French or German strongly desired.
About the role:
- Review and apply the Change Management processes in place based on ISO and ITIL change management best practices.
- Review and evaluate existing and new change management tools and make recommendations based on Change Management internal process to adopt and develop new tool.
- Drive the development of the new change management tool, including training of users and implementation.
- Review and follow the key operational process named 'Infrastructure Change Management'
- Writing of new requirements for delivery of the new change management tool.
- Writing of change management documentation - presentation of conclusions and recommendations to Change Management steering committee
- Utilise the process framework defined internally by the Quality Management team based on ISO and ITIL change management best practices. As such, use descriptive modelling and reflect ISO/ITIL certification requirements.
