CRM/STRATEGY/INSIGHT/STAKEHOLDER/CAMPAIGN/DATA PLANNING
Role and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to develop data and analysis deliverables for the retail and customer insights business.
- Develop data strategies and roadmaps, building into retail loyalty programmes and campaigns to launch global CRM and insight activity
- Make it easy for clients to make business decisions - based on consumer insight
- Drive strategy across all channels and touch points moving from traditional DM, email and SMS channels to a connected communications plan encompassing digital media including social, mobile and coupon at till.
- Identify strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet marketing and business objectives
- Campaign planning
- Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client management and servicing
- Regular client communication
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement in all the team's activities
- Create and sustain a learning culture in the team
- Ensure day to day work sharing and co-operation between project team members
- Systematically capture the team's work in a way that enables the production of case studies and learning for all including those outside the Ford team.
- Understanding of the classical analytical techniques - offline and online
- Understanding of customer relationship management, marketing.
- Knowledge of cost justification procedures.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects. Planning and goal setting.
