Role and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to develop data and analysis deliverables for the retail and customer insights business.
  • Develop data strategies and roadmaps, building into retail loyalty programmes and campaigns to launch global CRM and insight activity
  • Make it easy for clients to make business decisions - based on consumer insight
  • Drive strategy across all channels and touch points moving from traditional DM, email and SMS channels to a connected communications plan encompassing digital media including social, mobile and coupon at till.
  • Identify strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet marketing and business objectives
  • Campaign planning
  • Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client management and servicing
  • Regular client communication
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement in all the team's activities
  • Create and sustain a learning culture in the team
  • Ensure day to day work sharing and co-operation between project team members
  • Systematically capture the team's work in a way that enables the production of case studies and learning for all including those outside the Ford team.

  • Understanding of the classical analytical techniques - offline and online
  • Understanding of customer relationship management, marketing.
  • Knowledge of cost justification procedures.
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects. Planning and goal setting.
