A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Medical Staffing Officer to join a busy HR department for an Acute Trust in a desirable location in Greater London. The post holder is responsible for providing these services within the context of the Trust's overall HR Strategy, operating procedures and business plan.Key Skills:
-Experience working within an Acute Trust environment within Medical Staffing
-Understanding of junior doctors rotas, revalidation, recruitment processes and consultant contracts
-Knowledge of Medical Staffing policies, procedures, legislation and terms and conditions
-Knowledge with certain systems e.g. ESR, Zircadian
This position is for 3 months paying a competitive day rate.
