Description
We are looking for a CMMI Appraiser for multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden
Time scale of work:
Prepare Appraisal plans: 15 days in May starting on
Conduct SCAMPI B + A for CMMI ML2 (ATM training incl.) 75 days in Mid Sept to Mid Nov
In total: initial 90 days, extensions possible
The consultancy can be done partly from home office
Objective
The objective of the consultancy is to support the ICT Unit in conducting changes aiming towards ICT maturity using CMMI methodology in alignment with other frameworks implemented at the client (eg ITIL).
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant
- Prepare Appraisal plans;
- Conduct SCAMPI B and A appraisals for CMMI ML2 (ATM training included);
- Work in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
The consultant might be reassigned to other projects as necessary within the same field of work.
Educational and experience
- University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT.
- Certification as CMMI Institute certified Lead Appraiser for Development with relevant appraisal experience
- Certification as CMMI Institute certified Lead Appraiser for Services with relevant appraisal experience
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in ITIL
- Experience in Disciplined Agile Development
General competencies and skills:
