6 Month Contract (initially)
Purpose of Role:
Clarity Operations & Development Manager is responsible for managing the administration of Clarity, working with key User groups and Clarity Service Desk & Development teams to ensure Clarity meets agreed User service levels on an on-going basis and change requests are managed in an efficient manner.
Experience
- Technical background - In-depth understanding of Clarity and its underlying structures, the inter-relationship between its different modules and the interfaces with other applications.
- Experience in Project Management
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Business/Systems Analysis
- PMP/Other project management qualification an advantage but not essential
