Change Manager/GAMP/FDA/Global Pharmaceutical
As a Business Change Manager you will be responsible for implementing the change management strategy and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
You will have a solid Large Pharmaceutical background with experience of working in a GAMP/FDA environment.
Key Skills:
- Experience of a Research & Development function within a Pharmaceutical/Medical sector.
- Good knowledge of the change process with the experience of large scale organisational change efforts.
- Experience of a GAMP/FDA/LIMS environment within a large preferably global IT function.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Familiar with project management approaches/tools
- Ability to influence others.
- Flexible and adaptable.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering the overall communication plan.
- Working closely with all stakeholders to develop implementation plans with necessary resources.
- Identifying opportunities and realising benefits that arise during the project which might not have originally been profiled and ensuring the achievements are recognised.
- Consider the cumulative impact on business area of implementing change.
- Working with all parties to fully understand the business case and benefits.
- Responsible for ensuring that the benefits are fully measured and achieved.
