Customer Experience Assistant/PM - Leading UK Bank
Our client, a leading UK bank, is looking for a Customer Experience assistant project manager to work on a Mortgage programme within the products business unit.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Project manager with experience working in FS and ideally with mortgages
- Experience of working in a complaints analysis/customer experience improvement environment
- Able to produce reporting and explanatory packs from a customer perspective
- Needs to be excellent customer experience focussed with a background in a similar environment
- Capable of working in various parts of the operating model
