My Client is a Global Asset Management company seeking a Client Support Analyst to join their ever expanding team. The client relations team provides invaluable support to the UK Institutional DC clients.

Role: Client Support Analyst

Location: London

Pay: £15-£18 per hour

Contract: 12 months

Key Responsibilities;

The team you will be sitting on supports five key DC account managers plus Client Support Managers and Implementation Managers who request information and respond to queries on behalf clients and consultants on key project for the business. It is therefore essential that there is the appropriate infrastructure and team knowledge to ensure that the clients are supported effectively.

  • Able to self-manage and work independently without close supervision
  • Client service mentality
  • Team orientated and flexible Able to work in a pressured environment and multi-task
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a financial services organisation a distinct advantage
