Description
A leading Insurer is looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist Business Analyst to join them initially on a 3 month contract.
This role will be to work on the Operations side, so candidate must have a thorough understanding of insurance being sold Direct through websites and contact centres.
Specific task will be:
- To produce a specification document that contains all web processes (including how all services/data map - what gets pulled from where)
- Business process - gap analysis workshop. Facilitate the session to drive out gaps in current/published processes. Update business process document following this session
- Business process document - work through and reflect feedback from stakeholders, finalising the document and maintaining the integrity of the document through to go-live
- Business rules document - documenting outputs from stakeholder sessions, finalising the document and maintain the integrity of the document through to go-live
