RED's client, an established global change and training consultancy, is looking for a SAP (FI/FICO) Financial Change Manager experienced to programme level. The role of the Change Manager will be to deliver the impact to the local business within a global organisation.
Ideally candidates will have recent experience within manufacturing organisations with experience of working closely with stakeholders from a global perspective. SAP (FI) financial programme change proven track record is ideal for this position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of key areas, from building relationships with stakeholders/PMO team and agreeing project milestones, and managing risks and expectations, creating training programmes, assigning resources to tasks whilst prioritising delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven Change Project/Programme delivery.
- Multiple project delivery within SAP Financial projects.
- Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others (Inter-department), and implement them in the process
- Excellent inter-personal skills - Consultancy experience

- Drive the delivery/benefit of critical business expansion, change and/or regulatory projects
- Work with organization and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff projects, establish governance, and define target solutions.
- Create communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders
- Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability is in place across the whole project
