Description
Scrum Master required with demonstrable experience of Agile methodologies.
The successful Scrum Master will have the strong Agile methodology experience and will have worked with a range of large-scale clients and projects.
The following skills are required:
- Agile Expertise, (Kanban knowledge beneficial)
- Lean knowledge needed, in the context of Agile project delivery.
- Servant leadership skills.
- Excellent facilitator.
- Excellent communicator.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High levels of initiative.
- Passion for Agility and integrity.
CSP qualification desirable.
