The consultant will be primary responsible for:

During the Blueprinting phase, developing a training strategy & approach in coordination with the Organizational Change management initiatives including identification of target users groups, key stakeholders, SME skills areas, assessment & selection of relevant training related tools and techniques.

In subsequent Build & Test phases (Realization), support, track, and manage development of training templates, tools, and related materials

Main responsibilities to include delivery of the following, directly or indirectly (eg. following topics to be done in close collaboration SME's (consulted and/or informed):
English is the project language. However, training content in some areas will be needed to be developed/delivered by local teams in local language (including, for example Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, etc.). Whilst this role will not be specifically developing the training, knowledge of additional European languages could prove useful in working with local training development resources.
