Description
Proteus Europe is urgently looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join a large Financial Services Client working in Brussels, Belgium on a 2 months contract - possible extension.
Working as a Systems Engineer at a very senior level, you will help our Client to:
- Migrate the branch Servers to MS Windows 2008. That requires application overdeveloped in 64 bits.
- The Client Servers are currently running on MS Windows 2003 Operating System. They run a Middleware layer that has been overdeveloped internally some years ago in C/C ++ language.
- This home-made code supports the transactional environment of the Client's business environment, and compiled in 32 bits by using an old development environment: VC6
You must have:
- Very good English
- At least 5 years' Experience developing in C/C++
- Immediately available for a period of at least 2 months
