Senior Compliance Advice Consultant - FS - Swindon - 6 months
Senior Compliance Advice Consultant required by leading FS organisation in Swindon.
In this exciting role you will provide compliance advice on Strengthening Individual Accountability and will interpret and implement the regulators' new Strengthening Individual Accountability Regime.
Working as part of a team you will become a subject matter expert on the new Strengthening Individual Accountability Regime. You will advise the programme on how the regulatory standards apply to them to assist with the successful implementation of the regime across the business. Using your industry knowledge and ability to identify and respond to complex emerging issues, you will motivate others to work together to provide the business with focused solutions, whilst maintaining the reputation with the regulators. You will also develop regulatory expertise within the division, and across the wider Group to ensure the compliance culture is Embedded.
To be considered you will be a Senior Compliance Consultant who has strong experience of advising senior colleagues on compliance issues and will possess a good working knowledge of compliance methodology. You will be experienced in engaging and challenging business areas on their compliance issues and you will manage relationships with colleagues in a clear and structured way, keeping people up to date with work progress. Ideally your background will be financial services compliance and you'll have an industry recognised compliance qualification giving you the ability to develop new knowledge quickly.
Based in Swindon this will be an initial 6-month contract. Immediate start available.
