Webshere Application Server Specialist
Contract: 6 months
Location: Brussels including travel within EU

One of our market leading clients is looking for a WebSphere Application Server Specialist to strengthen our clients Web Infrastructure & Security team. You will be managing the infrastructure for our development, test and QA environments and will assist other teams with the setup or update of our solution in production. You will not only manage the application Servers but will also be responsible of managing our Access Managers. You will work closely with our clients development team and will help them debugging and improving our solution Install and maintain the environments used by SSC Assist the development and test team to solve issues related to deployments and configuration Document the installation procedures both for internal use and to be used by other entities of the group. Assist other entities with the deployment of the SSC assets Aide in the investigation of incidents reported by different entities using the SSC assets Investigate the impact of product upgrades.
Education Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
Languages Requirement Fluent French & English, Dutch is a plus!
Experience:
- 3+ years experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
- 2+ years experience working on AIX and/or Linux
- IBM Tivoli Access Manager for E-business or IBM Security
- Access Manager for Web.
- Scripting in jython, jacl, Shell
- Running performance analysis and tuning on IBM WebSphere
